Fresh Trace supplies a broad range of trace elements necessary for proper fish health and growth. Unlike terrestrial animals, fish obtain nutrients from both their food and environment. Trace elements are normally depleted by utilisation, oxidation and precipitation, thus it is important to restore them on a regular basis. Fresh Trace contains only those elements actually required by fish.

Use 1 capful (5 mL) for every 80 L (20 US gallons) twice a week.

I would recommend this pump

I purchased this pump to replace a Oase AquaMax Eco Premium pump which had stopped working. It came with a nice long cable and the pump looks solidly made. I connected the pipes up connected the power and all went well. The flow of water is comparable to my previous pump, it has been running for a couple of weeks without any issue. Hopefully it will last a good many years. I would certainly recommend this pump, and would highly recommend Swallows Aquatics.
