Powered by a high-efficiency 25W DC pump, the skimmer uses a self-leveling sensor to dynamically control pump speed based on skimming performance. If the skimmate level rises too high, the system automatically reduces flow, avoiding overflows. An overflow sensor in the collection cup further enhances safety by triggering a slowdown when the cup nears capacity, then resuming normal operation once cleared.
