Red Sea NO3:PO4-X Nitrate and Phosphate Reducer 100ml
Red Sea's NOPOX Is a safe natural biological reduction of the two main sources of energy for algae to thrive, Nitrates and Phosphates.
This is achieved by increasing specific nutrient and carbon levels needed for Nitrate and Phosphate reducing bacteria to thrive in higher than normal numbers within anoxic (dead spot) areas of the aquarium resulting in the safe reduction of NO3 and PO4. Reducing these energy sources reduces nuisance algae whilst supporting the population of the symbiotic Zooxanthellae algae within corals.
An average daily dose of NOPOX Is 2ml per 100 litres of aquarium water, however its advised that the PO4 and NO3 is tested to determine the correct dose.
