Nano-Tech Bio-Spheres are an ultra-high surface area media which will help cut down on the volume of bio-media required for efficient nutrient cycling, thus freeing up valuable space in your aquarium.
With an ultra-high surface cross-cutting ratio and filtration area, each Bio-Sphere has up to 54m² surface area for the establishment of bacterial colonies. This allows the Bio-Sphere to effectively control the quality and stability of the water column especially where high Ammonia-Nitrogen (NH4-N) and high Nitrate-Nitrogen (NO3-N) are present.
The Maxpect Nano-Tech Bio-Sphere is potentially up to 300% more efficient than other media currently available on the market.
