AquaVitro Shrimp Exo is a stabilised potassium iodide source formulated specifically for freshwater shrimp. It is designed to help replicate the ideal environment for freshwater shrimp by maintaining appropriate iodide levels.

The easy-to-use liquid formulation makes regular dosing simple and convenient, making it a useful addition to a freshwater shrimp aquarium maintenance routine.

Directions for Use

Add 5ml (1 teaspoon) per 40 litres (10 US gallons) every two weeks to maintain correct iodide levels for freshwater shrimp.

When using humate soils, dose once a week.

The recommended dose will raise iodide by 0.006 mg/L.

Do not overdose this product. It is recommended to wait at least 2 weeks before using on newly purchased shrimp.

Always follow the manufacturer's directions and recommended dosage.

I would recommend this pump

I purchased this pump to replace a Oase AquaMax Eco Premium pump which had stopped working. It came with a nice long cable and the pump looks solidly made. I connected the pipes up connected the power and all went well. The flow of water is comparable to my previous pump, it has been running for a couple of weeks without any issue. Hopefully it will last a good many years. I would certainly recommend this pump, and would highly recommend Swallows Aquatics.
