Fish Love Bugs!! And that’s a fact, insects make up a large percentage of the diet of wild fish and recreating this has been the goal of many manufacturers.
Fluval has created Bug Bites which there number one ingredient is the larvae of the black soldier fly. These are sustainably sourced and fed on rich human grade fruits and vegetables 14 days before they are harvested and dried.
The larvae convert the nutritious fruit and vegetables into protein and good fats with protein levels reaching to 30%. Fluval didn’t stop there, added to the mix is salmon proteins, peas, potato, wheat, alfalfa, essential amino acid and minerals to ensure Fluval Bug Bites has balanced, beneficial nutritional properties and most of all completely irresistible to fish.
Fluval Bug Bites Bottom Feeder Granules are available in two sized pellets, medium pellets for small to medium bottom feeder and large sticks for medium to large bottom feeds such as plecs. They are a fast sinking food designed for most all bottom feeding fish from corydoras to plecs.
