Very nice set up, lovely fish. As a first time getting a tropical fish aquarium set up it was great getting plenty of information and help choosing the correct fish required for my new tank setup.
I purchased this pump to replace a Oase AquaMax Eco Premium pump which had stopped working. It came with a nice long cable and the pump looks solidly made. I connected the pipes up connected the power and all went well. The flow of water is comparable to my previous pump, it has been running for a couple of weeks without any issue. Hopefully it will last a good many years. I would certainly recommend this pump, and would highly recommend Swallows Aquatics.

Exactly what it says on the tin
Took about 40 minutes to buy some fish with this gift card as the shop had to wait for someone to transfer it. Would go through the hassle again
Branch were not aware of the click and collect order. 2 items were bought because they were a good price. However, they had been stored outside and were still there, wet and muddy, so nobody had acted on the order. Not great. I was lucky they still had stock I suppose. They were cheap but customer service was certainly not great.

So the vent to agitate the water has no control so is full on not allowing enough water to be pumped up to the filter pipe. I had to weld the vent shut to get enough water up to the filter bed
Impossible to pierce open with having glue splashing all over your fingers
The prongs on the blanket weed twister are unnecessarily razor sharp and likely to damage the liner therefore the tool is unusable. Very disappointing
I could only find two plant tubulars . And something resembling Straw. In the plants bag I've put it together and placed it in my pond.
Time will tell what grows.

I just have very small pond but it had lots of green slime in it, this product cleared it beautifully, I was very impressed, I found it easy to use and very powerful, I would highly recommend.
