Well amazingly the items seem to have arrived in one piece. However the package that the items came in was just an open box! The box was too small and could not be folded over and stuck down. To cap that, the delivery driver decided to leave this open box outside rather than in an open porch! Considering the items are delicate, what an awful service.

Love lemax ,when it doesn't come broken .Very Difficult to sort out a refund .Had too involve PayPal.Personally I won't be dealing with Swallow Aquatics again.Good luck if your purchasing gifts for Christmas, you might have problems sorting out a refund
