Bought the heater stand as mine had broken at the point of contact with the heater. Ordering on line for pick up at my local store, Gravesend, was easy. However, I did not receive any notification it was it store, so I rang. The chap who answered said they had one, I went there but the assistants didn't seem to know how to deal with my purchase on their system. The fact I had an order number on my purchasing email made no difference ! Seems the system needs looking into !!
The stand is fine but just as fiddly to fit as the previous one, that's what you get with a spherical tank.
My new tank arrived perfectly package and arrived very fast.
Can’t wait to fill it up and put some life into it.
